A seasoned executive with 25 years of experience in business administration at renowned companies such as Pepsico, Polkomtel, Raiffeisen, Action, and ORLEN. He has also successfully run his own business, specialising in strategic consulting and interim management.
A pedagogy graduate, he has also earned an MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics, in addition to completing postgraduate studies in management and marketing, as well as the Advanced Management Program at Kozminski University Warsaw in partnership with EADA Business School in Barcelona.
Throughout his career, he has held pivotal roles including Retail Sales Director, Marketing and PR Director, Managing Director, and CEO in the retail sector, both domestically and internationally. As a consultant and interim manager, he has played a key role in developing strategies and management models as well as rolling out new retail concepts and brands for a number of international companies. His extensive experience also encompasses building sales networks and processes in both conventional and renewable energy sectors, and his expertise covers fuel and convenience retail.
