The management of ORLEN Deutschland sets great store by flat hierarchies. A key role of the Management Board is to act as a link to the parent company in Poland, thus making it possible for us to operate as an independent company with the backing of a strong partner. Through exchanging knowledge and performing joint market assessments, we ensure long-term success on the German market while at the same time taking the Group’s international interests into account.
